Today is the last of the three-parter on the Armadale project, taking a look at the residences in more detail. We required four residences, three of normal standards and one to the 'liveable homes' guidelines, essentially aimed at improving liveability for the elderly and those in wheelchairs for example. Each required two bedrooms, one bathroom, a powder room, 5m2 of storage and at least one secure parking bay.
